We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Exterior Home Wash are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work, condition of the property, and other factors determined during the on-site assessment. We will communicate any price adjustments before commencing work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible and that all personal items, vehicles, and pets are removed from the work area before the scheduled service. Exterior Home Wash is not responsible for any damage to personal property that is not removed from the work area.

7. Liability

Exterior Home Wash is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages to the property that are not caused by our direct actions. We take precautions to protect your property during the power washing process, but certain surfaces and materials may be susceptible to damage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

8. Warranty

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of completion, and we will return to address your concerns. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from pre-existing conditions or neglect.
